Ingredients:
1.5oz El Gobernador pisco
0.25oz Select Aperitivo
1bsp lemon juice
1tsp strawberry jam
1tsp Greek yogurt
Method:
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a cool milk carton glass like this one or a regular rocks glass filled with ice.
Garnish:
Mint head and eco-straw.
