Ingredients :

1.50oz gin (Last Best Afterglow)

0.75oz rhubarb liqueur

1 dsh cabaret bitters (Black Cloud)

1 dsh orange bitters

Method:

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

Grapefruit zest.
