"Not a Daiquiri" by Tristan Joseph


Ingredients:

1.50oz white rum (Bacardi)

0.50oz overproof rum (Wray and Nephew)

0.50oz triple sec (Cointreau)

0.50oz simple syrup


Method:

Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.

Fine strain into a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

Dehydrated lime wheel
