
Ingredients:
1 ¼ oz Lot 40 Rye whisky
¾ oz Amaro di Erbe
½ oz Lillet
¼ oz Manzanilla sherry
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
6-8 mint leaves
1 dash cardamome tincture
Top w/ soda
Method:
Put all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain in a high ball glass filled with ice, top with soda.
Garnish:
A mint sprig.
