A cocktail creation by Evan McNeil


Ingredients :

1.50oz Avua Amburana

0.75oz Punt E Mes

0.25oz Yellow Chartreuse

2 dashes Peychaud bitters


Method:

Add all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 20 seconds.

Strain into a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

Orange zest.
