2oz Jules Ernest gin infused with blue pea flower and hibiscus
4oz Fever Tree Tonic
1 bsp raspberry purée
1 thyme branch
1 lime wheel
1 dehydrated hibiscus flower
Pour the gin and tonic into an old fashioned glass filled with ice and give a quick stir.
Add the lime wheel, raspberry purée, thyme, and hibiscus as a garnish.
