
Ingredients:
1.5 oz blanco tequila
1 oz rhubarb, strawberry & vanilla light syrup
0.75 oz fresh lime juice
0.50 oz orange liqueur
3 dash cardamom tincture
Method:
Put all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain in a chilled coupette filled with ice.
Garnish:
Pickled rhubarb shavings and lemon essence spray
