1.5 oz Gin Menaud
1 oz Drav Sauvignon beer infused with black cherries*
0.75 oz sweet vermouth
0.5 oz citric acid solution (10%)
2 dashes of cherry bitters
1 dash of peaty scotch
Shake all ingredients and strain in a wine glass.
A tuile made with the leftover beer infused cherries.

750 ml Drav Sauvignon beer
500 ml white sugar
1 pound of pitted and muddled black cherries
Bring to a boil and reduce for 10 minutes.
Strain and keep the cherries for the garnish.
