
Ingredients:
1 oz raspberry eau-de-vie from Sivo
1 oz elderflower liqueur from St-Germain
¼ oz lime juice
2 dsh Peychauds Aperitivo bitters
1 oz soda
1 oz sparkling wine
Method:
Shake all ingredients but soda and sparkling wine and strain in a high ball glass filled with ice. Top with soda and sparkling wine.
Garnish:
2 blackberries on a pick.
