Ingredients:

1½ oz gin from Bishop and Bagg

½ oz Giulio Cocchi americano bianco vermouth⁠

1oz fresh lemon juice⁠

½ oz simple syrup⁠

3-4 dashes Peychauds Aperitivo bitters⁠

Top with Prosecco⁠

Method:

Shake all ingredients (except the Prosecco)

Double strain in to a chilled coupette⁠

Top with Prosecco and enjoy!⁠
