
Ingredients:
1½ oz gin from Bishop and Bagg
½ oz Giulio Cocchi americano bianco vermouth
1oz fresh lemon juice
½ oz simple syrup
3-4 dashes Peychauds Aperitivo bitters
Top with Prosecco
Method:
Shake all ingredients (except the Prosecco)
Double strain in to a chilled coupette
Top with Prosecco and enjoy!
