Ingredients:

1.25oz Manzanilla sherry

0.75oz Raspberry liqueur

0.50oz lemon juice

Topped with tonic water


Method:

Build in glass. Add all ingredients into a tall glass filled with ice and top with tonic water.


Garnish:

Mint head and a lemon zest
