
Ingredients :
1.50oz London dry gin
0.50oz mint infused bitter bianco
1 bsp Seedlip Garden
0.75oz lime juice
1oz aloe syrup
1 dsh salted absinthe
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.
Fine strain in a chilled coupette.
Garnish:
Cucumber ribbon on a pick.
