
Ingredients :
1.50oz light rum
0.50oz banana liqueur
0.50oz strawberry vermouth
0.25oz bianco vermouth
1 bsp citric acid solution
2 dashes pineapple and star anise bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients into a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupette.
Garnish:
Express the oils of a lemon zest and discard.
