Ingredients:
1oz aged rum
0.50oz calvados
0.50 blueberry infused London dry gin
0.75oz earl Grey Tea Syrup
0.75oz lemon juice
1 egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake. Add ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice.
Garnish:
Lemon twist and thyme.
