Ingredients:

1.25oz D'Usse VSOP Cognac

0.75oz Patrón Añejo tequila

0.75oz Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino

0.25oz Benedictine herbal liqueur

1 dsh Zingiber Crabapple Bittered Sling bitters

1 dsh Kensington Bittered Sling bitters

1 spray Absinthe


Method:

Spray the absinthe in a rocks glass and add a large ice cube. Add all remaining ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice, stir for 30 seconds and strain.


Garnish:

Express and discard an orange zest for garnish.
