Ingredients :

1.75oz infused Beefeater gin (rosemary, basil, olives & caper berries)

0.25oz Martini Riserva Ambrato


Method:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir until well chilled and diluted. Strain into a chilled coupe.


Garnish:

One giant caper berry
