Ingredients:

1.75oz strawberry infused amontillado sherry

0.50oz sweet vermouth

0.50oz crème de banane

2 dashes Peychaud


Method :

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass over ice.


Garnish:

Lemon zest
