Fernwood’s Gimlet, a cocktail recipe by Baz Voy


Ingredients :

2oz Devine Genever

0.50oz sweet fennel puree

0.75oz fresh lime juice

3dsh Bittered Sling Malagasy chocolate bitters


Method :

Shake. Fine strain into a chilled coupe.


Garnish :

Fennel sprig.
