First Of The Fall by Ilya Kravtsov


Ingredients:

1.50oz Aged rum

0.50oz Calvados

0.75oz lemon juice

0.50oz Apple rich syrup

6-8 mint leaves

2 dashes Peychaud bitters


Method:

Put all ingredients into a tall glass, add crushed ice and swizzle for 15 seconds.

Then add more crushed ice to top the glass. (If you don’t have a swizzle stick, you may use a bar spoon).


Garnish:

Fresh mint and lime zest.
