Ingredients:
2oz Menaud Vodka
1oz dry vermouth
1bsp Chartreuse jaune
A quick splash of Champagne
Method:
Pour all ingredients but Champagne into a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupette. Add a quick splash of Champagne.
Garnish:
Lemon zest.
