
Ingredients :
0.50oz Malfy rosa gin
0.50oz lemon juice
0.25oz simple syrup
3-4oz Villa Conchi cava brut rosé
Method :
Shake all ingredients but cava in a shaker filled with ice. Fine strain into a flute. Top with cava.
Garnish:
Grapefruit twist.
