Ingredients: 2oz single malt scotch 0.50oz spiced and sweetened madeira 4 dashes aromatic bitters Method: Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube. Garnish: Toasted coconut & grapefruit zest (express the oils and discard).
