Ingredients:
1.50oz dry gin Beefeater
1oz oz sweet vermouth Puntemes
1 bsp Fernet Branca
Method:
Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir.
Strain in a chilled coupette.
Garnish:
Orange zest.
