Heavyweight Champion by Stephen Flood


Ingredients:

1oz Haymans Royal Dock gin

0.75oz Campari

0.25oz coffee beans and chipotle infused Campari

1oz Punt e Mes


Method:

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice.

Strain into a rocks glass over a big ice cube.


Garnish:

Flamed orange zest.
