Ingredients :

0.75oz Lillet blanc

0.75oz Kazuki gin from Sheringham distillery

0.75oz Ancho reyes

0.25oz rose syrup

2 dsh rootside rosehip and lemon peel bitters


Method :

Stir all ingredients and strain into a chilled coupe.


Garnish :

Fresh raspberry on a pick
