Ingredients :

1.50oz coffee-infused Japanese whisky (Mars Iwai)

0.25oz simple syrup

4 dashes of chocolate bitters (Ms. Betters Bitters)


Method:

Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain into a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

Dried lavender smoke & grapefruit zest.
