
Ingredients:
1.50oz El Jimador Reposado
1.50oz fresh grapefruit juice
0.50oz ginger syrup
0.25oz orgeat
2-3 basil leaves
1 dsh saline solution
Egg white
Method:
Add all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Fine strain in a rocks glass filled with crushed ice.
Garnish:
Basil leaf and grapefruit zest
