La Paresse by Molly Superfine-Rivera


Ingredients:

1.50oz Cazadores Blanco infused with dehydrated strawberry stems

0.75oz strawberry syrup

0.75oz Vermell Vermut

0.50oz Ancho Reyes

One orange zest in mixing glass

4 drops lemon bitters


Method:

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for 30 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

Express an orange zest over the top and discard zest.
