Ingredients:

1oz @eljolgorio.mezcal espadin

0.5oz Oaxacan Ancho liqueur

0.5oz Dry vermouth

1oz Pineapple

0.5oz lime

0.5oz simple


Method:

Shake, strain into rocks glass over ice.


Garnish:

Sal de chipulines & agave shaped pineapple fronds.
