Ingredients:
1oz Mezcal Verde Momento
0.75oz Fino sherry
0.50oz Coconut fat washed cachaça Avua Amburana
0.50oz Averna Amaro
4 dashes Branca Menta
2 dashes orange bitters
Method:
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass fill with ice and stir for 20 seconds.
Strain into a chilled coupette.
