On Wednesdays We Wear Pink by Rachel Thraves


Ingredients:

1.75oz Connemara whiskey

0.25oz Yellow Chartreuse

0.50oz lemon juice

1oz strawberry syrup

Egg white

Peychaud bitters as garnish


Method:

Add all ingredients but Peychaud in a shaker and dry shake.

Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain in a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

Peychaud bitters on foam.
