Permanent Vacation, by Mike Norbury


Ingredients:

60ml Stillhead Apple Brandy

30ml verjus blanc

15ml 1:1 Local honey syrup

4dsh Rootside Toasted dandelion bitters


Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

No garnish.
