Ingredients:
1.50oz Pimm’s
0.50oz Rye
0.75oz cucumber juice
0.75oz lemon juice
Splash of simple syrup
2oz ginger ale
Method:
Add all ingredients into a large wine glass.
Fill with crushed ice, stir and top with crushed ice again.
Garnish:
Fresh mint.
