Ingredients :
2oz Resurrection aged rye
0.75oz Esquimalt quina rouge
1 bsp homemade local raspberry liqueur
2 dsh cacao bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass.
Garnish:
Local cherry.
