Red Moon by Elise Sergerie

Ingredients:

2 oz tequila reposado

0.75 oz amaro (Grappa Nonino )

1 oz lemon juice

0.75 oz simple syrup

1 dsh Fee Brothers Aztec chocolate bitters

Egg white


Method:

Dry shake then shake with ice. Double strain in a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

Cocoa powder (if you can, shape it so that it looks like a moon using a lid or anything circular).
