Ingredients:
1 oz Plantation rum Barbados 5 ans
1 oz Giuseppe Carpano Antica Formula Vermouth
1 oz Caperitif
2-3 dashes chocolate bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass full of ice. Strain in a chilled coupette.
Garnish:
A maraschino cherry.
