Ingredients :

0.75oz Tromba blanco

0.75oz Aperol

0.75oz Cynar

0.75oz Averna

0.75oz lemon juice


Method:

Add all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.

Fine strain into a rocks glass over ice.


Garnish:

Dehydrated grapefruit.
