Sake Colada by Amber Bruce

Ingredients:

2.25oz Pineapple saké

0.25oz Temper rum

0.75oz Lime juice

0.75oz Coconut Genmaicha Syrup


Method:

Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled glass.


Garnish:

Mint head
