Ingredients :

1oz Calvados Roger Groulx 3 ans

0.50oz liqueur de chamomille Quaglia

0.25oz liqueur de maraschino Luxardo

0.50oz jus de citron

Top w/ sparkling wine


Method :

Add all ingredients but sparkling wine into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupette and top with sparkling wine.


Garnish:

Maraschino cherry dropped in glass.
