Sidecar by Martin Pineault


Ingredients :

1.50oz cognac

1oz Orange liqueur (Cointreau)

0.75oz lemon juice

1tsp demerara gum syrup


Method :

Put all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled coupette.


Garnish:

Orange zest
