Ingredients:
2.50oz Goslings Black Seal
0.50oz Goslings 151
1.50oz pineapple juice
0.75oz lime juice
0.50oz passion fruit syrup
0.50oz falernum
0.50oz nui nui mix (allspice, vanilla & cinnamon)
2dsh Angostura
6 drops pastis
Method:
Add all ingredients but Goslings 151, add crushed ice, and swizzle (you can use a bar spoon if you don’t have a swizzle stick). Top with crushed ice and float the Goslings 151 on top.
Garnish:
Edible flower, pineapple & cherry on a stick, pirate stick, and a straw.
