“The Cocktail Formerly Known As” by Eder Sanchez


1.50oz gin infused with butterfly pea (Dillons gin no.7)

0.50oz Affino

0.50oz pineapple & sage cordial

1oz lemon juice

1 egg white


Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake for 10 seconds. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into a chilled goblet.


Dehydrated hibiscus powder.
