The Impératrice by Shuntaro Ashan


Ingredients :

1oz Barrel Aged Gin

0.66oz Butterfly Pea Flower Gin

0.50oz Affino

0.50oz Orange Liqueur

1oz lime juice

0.50oz Rose Syrup

6 mint leaves

2oz Sparkling water


Method :

-Muddle mint leaves.

-Add all ingredients but sparkling water, rose syrup and pea flower gin into a shaker filled with ice and shake for 15 seconds.

-Fine strain into a high ball glass, add ice and add the sparkling water.

-Pour the rose syrup into the glass to create the

bottom layer, then gently pour the pea flower gin to create the top layer.


Garnish:

Mint & lime wheel.
