The Sumac, by Daphnee Dee for Ms Better's Bitters



1.50oz gin

0.75oz strawberry infused bianco vermouth*

0.75oz lemon juice

0.50oz simple syrup

7 drops Ms Better’s bitters Miraculous Foamer

2 dashes Ms Better’s bitters Sumac & Kiwi


Method:

Add all ingredients into a shaker and dry shake. Add ice, shake vigorously and fine strain in a rocks glass over one large ice cube.


Garnish:

Fresh sumac.


*Strawberry infused bianco vermouth: Add 250ml of strawberries sliced in half to 750ml of bianco vermouth. Infuse for 24 hours and fine strain.
