
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Artist in Residence citrus gin
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz simple syrup
½ oz Onoranza lemon liqueur
4 dashes Angostura orange bitters
Top w/ Versant blanc de Côteau Rougemont
Method:
Add all ingredients but wine in a shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain in a high ball glass filled with ice, top with white wine.
Garnish:
Seasonal fruits.
