Ingredients:
1 ½ oz gin Cirka sauvage
1 oz Lillet blanc
¾ oz Suze
Method:
Add all ingredients in a mixing glass full of ice. Stir for 20 seconds. Strain over a big ice cube in an Old Fashion glass.
Garnish:
A charred grapefruit slice.
