White Rabbit

Ingredients:

1.5oz Beefeater

0.66oz Cointreau

0.66oz fresh lemon juice

1oz house white rabbit syrup*


*white rabbit syrup: made with Chinese candy (White Rabbit) that are popular for kids on Chinese New Year and other special occasions.


Method:

Shake all ingredients and fine strain into a chilled coupe.


Garnish:

White Rabbit candy paper.
