1.5oz cognac (Hennessy VSOP)

0.75oz Oloroso Sherry (Marques de Poley)

1 bsp Luxardo Bitter Bianco

2 drops of White truffle oil


Method:

Absinthe rince and garnish with Luxardo Maraschino Cherry infused in Buffalo Trace Bourbon
