Harvest Old Fashioned
Ingredients:
2oz Acérum 1 an by Distillerie du St-Laurent
0.25oz maple syrup
2 dashes Angostura
2 dashes Dillon’s pear bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Strain in an old fashioned glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish:
Clip a birch bark to the side of the glass. Spray Calvados over the glass and the garnish.
